"Patterns in Coxeter groups"
Abstract:
Geometrical patterns in Coxeter groups exhibit behavior that is accounted for by sophisticated structures first applied in the theory of languages. This talk will illustrate these, including recent work of Paul Gunnells that confirms the idea that Kazhdan-Lusztig cells have simple structures.
