The Jerusalem Mathematics Colloquium is happy to host the first of the 2006/7 Landau Lectures.

The other two lectures will be delivered in the same room at 4pm on
Mon Dec 11th: "Kinetic formulations of conservation laws"
Wed Dec 13th: "Concentration phenomena in PDEs from biology"

Light refreshments will be served before each lecture at 3:30 outside the lecture room.
