Hebrew University team at SEEMOUS 2007 - Cyprus

South-Eastern European Mathematical Olympiad for University Students
with international participation (SEEMOUS)

The Hebrew University team, consisting of five of our students, did an excellent job representing us in a Math Olympiad for first and second year university students from South-East Europe (Russia, Israel and the Balkan.)
The competition took place in Cyprus on March 9th, 2007.

All five of our students won medals:

  • Chaim Even Zohar (Gold)
  • Assaf Romm (Gold)
  • Amitai Zernik (Silver)
  • Amit Moscovich (Silver)
  • Cobi Cario (Bronze)

נבחרת של חמישה תלמידים יצגה בכבוד רב
את האוניברסיטה העברית בתחרות מתמטיקה
לתלמידי אוניברסיטאות  מדרום מזרח אירופה
(רוסיה וארצות הבלקן) שנערכה בקפריסין בתשעה במרץ.

כל החמישה זכו במדליות:
חיים אבן זוהר (זהב)
אסף רום (זהב)
אמיתי צרניק (כסף)
עמית מוסקוביץ' (כסף)
קובי קריו (ארד).
